Not an emergency service. Kinbell sends reminders and alerts when a daily check-in is missed or help is requested. It does not contact emergency services, and it cannot guarantee that any message, notification, phone, network or button will work. Do not rely on it as your only safety measure. In an emergency, call local emergency services.
Consent. The person checking in must agree to use Kinbell. They can stop at any time from their check-in page, and the family is told.
Billing. After a 14-day free trial, the family plan costs $4.99 a month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and alerts stop at the end of the paid period.
Refunds. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If you are charged and did not mean to be, email us within 14 days and we will refund that month in full.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Kinbell is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
